Продукти:

1 пиле или пилешка разфасовка

1 пакет морска сол

горчица

червен пипер

чесън на гранули

Приготвяне: Морската сол се разстила равномерно на дъното на тавичката.Пилето се разрязва на две през гърдите,намазва се с горчицата и подправките и се поставя върху солта с вътрешната част надолу.Пече се до готовност,като след изваждане от фурната се вади от тавата,за да не полепне по него солта.

Става солено точно колкото е необходимо;)
