![]() | Продукти:6 пилешки кълки , 100 грама корн флейкс, сол, 2 броя яйца, щипка босилек, щипка риган, лют сос по избор, За гарнитурата: половин килограм картофи, 30 грама масло, копър, магданоз, сол и черен пипер на вкус. |
Приготвяне:Картофите се обелват, нарязват на кубчета и варят за 10 мин. в подсолена кипяща вода, след което се отцеждат и оставят настрана. Пилешките кълки се посоляват и овкусяват с черен пипер. Яйцата се разбиват заедно със 1 с.л. вода. Отделно се начупва корн флейкс. Кълките се овалват в яйцето, след това в начупения корн флейкс и се подреждат в намаслена тава. Картофите се овкусяват с копър, магдадноз, риган, сол и пипер. Подреждат се около подготвените кълки. Ястието се пече 40 мин. при температура от 180 С.
