Приготвяне: Филето с подправките се запичат на тефлонов тиган без мазнина. След като филенцата
са готови се изваждат от тигана и се поставят в киселото мляко докато са още горещи за да може да поемат от него и да станат по-сочни.
След като месото е готово правя 1 яйце на тиган, като внимавам жълтъка да не се втърди. След като и то е готово го поставям върху филенцата и пуквам жълтъка така че да залее филенцата.
Пилешкото филе става много сочно, а соса от киселото мляко с яйцето и подправките от пилето става много свеж и вкусен
