Приготвяне:Спанака се посолява и се вари около 5 мин.Лука се нарязва на ситно и се задушава в сгорещено олио,поръсва се с червен черен пипер и се добавя доматеното пюре.Спанака се накълцва и се добавя.Поръсва се с лимоновият сок и се залива с вода.Оставя се да ври около 15 мин и се добавя измитият ориз.Вари се докато ориза омекне и се сервира с кисело мляко.
