Ароматна пъстърва на фурна

Продукти:
1 пъстърва
сока от 1/2 лимон
4-5 скилидки чесън
2-3 дафинови листа
половината от зелената част на стрък плаз лук
няколко стръка магданоз
зехтин
черен пипер
сол

Приготвяне:
Пъстървата се почиства от вътрешностите, измива се добре и се посолява.
Лимоновият сок се смесва с предварително пресованите скилидки чесън и с получената смес намазваме рибата отвън и отвътре.
Праз лука и магданоза се нарязват и поръсват върху рибата, като част от тях слагаме и във вътрешността.
Поръсваме със смлян черен пипер, поливаме с тънка струйка зехтин (във вътрешността може да сложите малко краве масло) и печем на около 180 градуса за 30-40 мин.
