Разпределете сместа върху издълбаните корички от патладжана и поръсете с пармезан, кротони и магаданоз.
Поставете ги в плоска тава, полейте с доматен сос и парченца моцарела,Загрейте фурната до 160°C.Запечете докато патладжана омекне.Сервира се веднага.
